What is an Infrared Sauna?

A traditional sauna uses convection and conduction to heat the surface of your skin. Infrared saunas, however, use infrared heating panels that emit light helping your body to detoxify, giving users a deeper cleansing experience.


Infrared saunas heat the body directly and penetrate deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues increasing oxygen flow and circulation.


Our saunas are state-of-the-art full spectrum cedar wood Clearlight saunas from their Sanctuary range, providing tranquil spaces to begin your well being journey.


In our studio, we invite you to move across to your private shower for your post-sauna rinse. The saunas themselves are naturally antimicrobial, cleaned & prepped for each session.

About your session

Experience 30 or 45 minutes of total restoration in one of our private sauna rooms. he room will be allocated to you for the entire time of your booking. Each room contains a private shower and is fitted with a stool, mirror and hook for you to hang your bag/clothing items.


In your session you will be provided with complimentary filtered water and towels.

What to bring to your session

We provide one towel per person. Sans Ceuticals body wash and moisturiser are provided in all our bathrooms for you to use. We recommend bringing a book to read, or headphones to listen to your favourite music or podcast.


We recommend going into the sauna in your togs or underwear.

Colour Light Therapy

Red.
